Only the black widow (which is part of this overall collection of spider) is poisonous. This one would be pretty harmless. Beautiful spider actually.

OK, with further examination and research, I have changed my mind. I think it's a type of cobweb spider.

Looks like a type of orb weaver. There are many types but most are very round like this.
