6 to 9 centimetres (2.4 to 3.5 in) Olive green and flanks, limbs and backs are covered with irregular dark blotches.

Habitat:

Cultivated rear garden with small pond.

Notes:

Saved from two Common Magpies (Pica pica) and returned to pond.
