I think these are mealy amazons, Amazona farinose. They appear to be a fair bit larger than the red-lored parrots we see here all the time. They are also very loud and raucous - so are the others, but these guys are quite a bit louder.

I think this is the one they call "pico negro" here. There are a lot around right now.
