Oh, yes, I remember your pink flower :) cheese and wine are ok, but snails!!?? omg, I never try it, can't put it in my mouth...grrrr....

I think I should also have the spotting when it's flowering and you identified it but should be long time ago :). Yes a lot of cheese and wine and a bit of snails :)

Not a fan of baguette but did get lost in the cheese section of the market so you two take jopy and come for a real cheesy pie :)

Haven't seen this plant here, yet. Oh and here is still summer, there are butterflies everywhere just a bit too active :).

I found that " shoots are edible raw. young leaves are edible raw.
flowers are edible raw. flower bud clusters can be cooked as vegetable.
stem pith can be added to soups as thickener." http://northernbushcraft.com/plants/fire...
I can eat them whole summer, they are growing in huge amounts in my country! :D :)
