This bug, has orange and yellow stripes, it also looks like his body is in a caterpillish shape but has four black legs in the front of his body. My mom treys washing it off but it didn't budge, so I'm guessing it has sticky feet
I found this on a piece of cilantro, just picked from the farm

Kind of hard to tell from the photo but it may be the larva of a lady beetle.
