Tragopogon pratensis (Composite Family)
Goat's Beard grows in fields, waste places, and along road. I enjoy the flower head just before it opens as it seems to twirl around. The flower is yellow sort of looking like a dandelion and it also has a soft white seed head like the dandelion.
