Carabidae, Cicindelinae, Cicindelini, Tiger Beetle. Extremely tricky beetles. My closest guess would be Thopeutica sp. and very shyly a little bit closer Thopeutica aenula. I try to get a little bit closer...
The subgenus would be Philippiniella by the way ;-)
