I'm pretty sure it's an immature Blue-tailed Bee Eater that just hasn't gotten in its long tail feathers yet.

Lovely photo! As Cactus said, it's some kind of bee eater. I'm just not great with ID'ing them! Hopefully someone will help you out soon :)

@Cactus-pup, it looks like Bee eater but it is found that Bee-eaters has long pointed tail but it doesn't have...
