LuckyLogan I was able to identify this plant, its called a motherwort and its non-native plant, which may explain difficulty identifying it.
Well i haven't spent a whole lot of time trying to identify it just yet, hopefully I have some luck.
I found the same thing last summer. Still no ID for it. Humm...
