It looks like you have two different organisms posted here. They should be separated into individual spottings.

I am not sure what species Melachacka Jeseri is and I can't seem to find much information on it. The caterpillar looks like a type of Tiger Moth caterpillar (Tribe Arctiini) to me. Take a look and see what you find!
