Spotting

Description:

Possibly a leech? I though it might be a slug, but it lacks feelers and has a very similar stripe pattern to some leeches found in North Carolina. Anybody know the species name?

Habitat:

Deep mountain woods on the Wesser Creek trail. Found this little one attached to the heartwood of a massive tree that had been cut to clear the trail.

This looks similar to the Carolina Mantleslug (Philomycus carolinianus). Here is my spotting of this species: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/276...

Yours looks more yellow than mine but the color/pattern looks right. See what you think.
