this greenish gray plant looks cool, it has outer petals that are larger, they get smaller as they go towards the middle.
i found this in San Francisco, it was raining when i took the picture
there were a lot of the same plant in the area.

looks more like a kind of Sedum to me
I think it is a kind of Dudleya
