Hi Micheleg, For some technical reason i don't know about, everything in China goes to Paracel Islands on the map. Maybe this will change on a future tech update, or perhaps it's political? i don't know.
Thanks Ava, it's a great site. One thing I have noticed though is that my location is incorrect, I have put in the correct location, on the map it shows correctly, but it says I am in the Paracel Islands which is in Southern China and I am in Northern China, any idea how I can fix this?
Welcome to Project Noah, Micheleg, I hope you like the site as much we do; there are many features you can explore: I invite you to go to http://www.projectnoah.org/faq where you will find the purpose and “rules” of Project Noah. There is a blog http://blog.projectnoah.org/ where we post articles from spotters with special insight into different organisms. There are also the chats for help with identification, and to comment on your own and others’ spottings. Look at the global and local missions to put your spottings into:http://www.projectnoah.org/missions Enjoy yourself here, see you around!
