Photographed in Caribbean lowlands, Sarapiqui, Costa Rica at the edge of a pond.
These photos were taken from quite a distance - I couldn't get any closer without falling in the pond!

I think Rhodopygia hinei is a possibility, but I really know nothing about dragonflies - if someone who does could give me an opinion, I'd appreciate it...
