Sargasum sp.
Type of Brown algae, found in the Kayankerni Coral reef ( at Pasikuda ) , brownish green in color ,contains air sacks (vesicles) which are used for the buoyancy. Many types of marine organisms uses these algae as shelters and hiding places , and some herbivores uses these algae as food.
