At first sight I am thinking of Dendrobates auratus, a very common one in Panama. But the markings are slightly different, specially the eye part. Usually the eye is covered by blue/green, however, in yours not. Unfortunately you have several color morphs in Panama, which look quite different. These morphs were observed in different areas and altitudes. So, yours might be a color morph of Dendrobates auratus, but I am absolutely not sure. Any info about the exact place and the altitude?
