within the track you can see pine needles, also looking at the location, I would have to say this could be either an otter or a fisher. it's a bit large to be a skunk track, also if you look to the left of the track there is a bit of pine branch with needles on it, that give a little more scale to the track. It's definitely too big to be skunk.

Its hard to tell because there isn't anything in the picture that can give a size reference. I assume you think maybe an otter or fisher because its a rather small track. If it was a larger track, I would suggest a black bear, but without knowing the size, its hard to say. I'm looking at my animal tracks app, and the only thing of that size with that kind of track looks like its probably a skunk.
