Moose

Alces alces shiras

Description:

The smallest of four subspecies of moose, this moose is found in the mountain west. Males can reach 800 pounds

Habitat:

Moose are primarily browsers and depend on a diet of shrubs and young deciduous trees for much of the year. In more northern climes, moose are often associated with river bottoms, ponds, and lakes with an abundance of shrubby and aquatic vegetation.

Notes:

The moose wouldn't turn but note that there is a baby by her side. Couldn't get too close
