Floridian Squirrel hogging the bird feeder a year ago when we had a hard winter

Habitat:

Likely lives in one of our large oak trees. It likes to jump from the tall palm to the grapefruit tree to the Valencia tree to our roof to get to the Oak tree out in front of the house.
