Caelifera
The grasshopper is an insect of the suborder Caelifera in the order Orthoptera. To distinguish it from bush crickets or katydids, it is sometimes referred to as the short-horned grasshopper. Species that change colour and behaviour at high population densities are called locusts.
Here in a mixed habitat of forest and cultivated grass land. An altogether rather wet environment.
@AshishNimkar The more I see, the more doubts. It could also be a Glyptobothrus biguttulus.
I'll do some more local research to see what species are common in the Netherlands.
Hmmm, my spotting resembled the Wikipedia images on the Caelifera (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caelifera), but I agree it also resembles the Nomadacris on EOL.
Anyway, DanielePralong's comment on locations would mean it has to be the Caelifera.
In any case ins't Nomadacris septemfasciata found only in Africa south of the Sahara?
It seated like a locust. and all body colour matched. Neck and wings.

@AshishNimkar What makes you think it could also be Nomadacris septemfasciata?
Going after spots, stripes, color and legs I think it is the Caelifera
