Like a bee/wasp hybrid.
It's tough to say for sure from the picture because it's a bit dark, but judging from the eyes and thin, hairy body, it could be a robber fly. There are a good number of species which mimic bees or wasps, so I'd suggest starting your search with the robber flies.
