Hyla versicolor
This tree frog has a bright yellow belly and its back varies from pale green to dark gray.
Lots of these frogs can be found crossing the road on rainy nights in the summer. They seem to like areas with plenty of white pine.
Love frogs.... love these pictures... beautiful shots! Thanks, David.

"The frog is co-operating you like a perfect model!"
David, I don't want to hurt any feelings, but I still like your frog best!
Fantastic picture, love the striking contrast between the lilac buds and the frog. What kind of camera, lens are you using?
David, I wonder if you don't want to enter him in this week's contest under Missions. It is not too late until midnight tomorrow night?
