Kooser State State Park in SW Pennsylvania. Very close to the shoreline of a small peninsula jutting into a man-made lake.
Goose was apparently nesting at the time. It kept a very close eye on me as I walked by but would not move from the nest.

I very much agree. In fact, I recently exhibited a large version of this photo (the closeup) in a local art show and called it "Her Best Side".
What a pretty lady she is!
