Haha I'm not kidding, we eat them with salt (and a bottle of water of course), if you ever come to Colombia, you will never see a grosella red, only green.

Oh my! I can't imagine eating them green. I have a cultivar with almost black fruit that is sweet with very little acidity.

I love them!!! We call them "grosellas", but I have never seen them red, just green. Really acid.

The fruit will turn red when ripe.
