Orangespotted Filefish

Cantherhines pullus

Habitat:

shallow reefs (to 60 feet) where it hides in gorgonians and protective coral formations

Notes:

Cool, I don't think I've seen this species of filefish before. Image a bit fuzzy. It was feeding on algae growth on an abandoned chunk of cement pier on shallow shore of the beach.
