Bands of white, orange and gray in the characteristic lobe shape. The wings are tinged with white.
Forest with wildflowers. Central plateau in Madagascar.
This butterfly flew in on schedule for it's portrait. The first one to be so helpful. I took several pictures before it flew away.

Thanks Alice. I finally had the time to look and discovered you are correct. I am thankful I had my camera at the time it landed. Thanks for your help on other ID's.

Look in the Morphidae family. I think it is a type of Morpho Butterfly.
