Description:

Aster family, it appears to be 1 large yellow flower, 4 cm, is actually a composite of many tiny flowers cluster together. Leaf is a rosette of simple basal leaves with deep lobes and sharp teeth.

Habitat:

Spotted near Pine Lake at Tamarac NWR. It is a non-native perennial that grows in dry, sun, fields, yards in the spring, summer, fall.
