Gina, the lip doesn't match with the lip of Phaleanopsis species. My mistake too, Cattleya are not native to Asia but there is no specific location for this photo. Could be a garden plant, which doesn't rule out Cattleya. There are so many man made hybrids of orchids, it can be tough to ID. I've searched some photos of Cattleya and don't see anything really close to this but the structure of the flower matches. Needs more research.

i think its Pink Phalaenopsis, this species are native throughout southeast Asia.
