Collared Aracari

Pteroglossus torquatus

Description:

A Collared Aracari feeding on provided bananas at Bilsa Biological Reserve in Esmeraldas province of Ecuador.

Habitat:

Lowland tropical rainforest

Notes:

These birds would frequent the banana feeding area but were quite timid. I had to hide and wait to get a picture of them.
