Description:

It is black with a blue hue. It has blue speckles and orange and blue speckles on the under wing. It is very beautiful in the sunlight. This is the best photo I could get. They do flit around.

Habitat:

Hudson River Valley. Lighted on a butterfly bush (what else?).
