Description:

canine with flattish snout, varied color coat, reddish-brown ears, usually seen alone but heard in packs

Habitat:

Woods and clearings, temperate rain forest

Notes:

This guy just checked out my yard, probably on bunny patrol (we no longer have a dog, which usually scare the coyotes off).

Wild dogs are very intelligent, their hunting is very much to be observed.
