To submit a photo to a mission you need to join one first:
http://www.projectnoah.org/missions
After you joined, click on "Edit this spotting" and below the location box, you will find "Is this for a mission?" click it, and then you can choose one. Don't forget to "Save"!
Don't worry about english, I'm not that good either!

Near São Francisco River, here in Brazil people call it by Sagui (it's a little and shy monkey)
