Thank you Machi for the suggestion, still I need more searching to find the exact taxonomy.
The flowers and seeds (photo 4) remind me of Scutellaria. Compare general flower shape and seeds to my spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/174... Of course yours is very different, but maybe you could look into members of that genus or the Lamiaceae family
