Without seeing the shape (Peter may be able to assist) this would seem to be a Pyrus calleryiana 'Bradfordi" or similar cultivar. Upside down ice crea cone shape would place it as a Callery and a Bradford. more specific would take on site observation.

Hello Peter, according to the leaf shape and flowers this tree species might belong to the Genus Malus or Pyrus.
