I think that Linaria and Antirrhinum (snapdragons) are two genus from the same family

Thank you for suggestion Dan, I have been trying to identify the plant with a friend and we have found that probably is a Linaria aeruginosa. It is an endemism of the Iberian peninsula.

Never seen anything like this but it does look like a type of snapdragon, or at least in the same family.
