Sadly I did not take more pictures of this flower. I do look forward to do so on my next trip to Chile
This looks like a Calceolaria species. There a good few yellow flowered species in Chile. Do you have any other shots including the leaves, that could help id the species?
...or maybe we're actually looking at the fruit. Interesting.
Mind-boggling. Anything about the leaves?
