Hi labaynoleo,
I like your pictures of this Jumping Spider and I can understand why you are uncertain. You were absolutely right in dismissing T. dimidiata because it is only present in Indonesia. There are 6 species of Telamonia documented in Philippines and it is difficult to find images of them for comparison. When I get stuck in this kind of situation where I am close to an identification, but still slightly uncertain, I usually search in Project Noah first. If I can find a spotting that matches my specimen, then I look at any citations provided by the spotter and sometimes get lucky that way. However, I will send you a Species ID Suggestion citing Linda Alisto's pictures of T. masinloc on instagram.com. I do not know Ms. Alisto personally, but have observed the quality of her work for some years now. So, when she identifies her spider as T. masinloc, that is good enough for me, but you can decide for yourself. By the way, don't worry too much about the two stripes on the carapace (the upper surface of the abdomen). Sometimes they are so faint that they really can't be seen and sometimes they are quite distinct. John B.
