I can't find an english descrption. I found the "Coliflor del Cerro" in a book of wildflower of Chile.

ps: Your spotting says "El Morado Glacier" but the map says Atacama. El Morado Glacier is from the Metropolitan Region. Atacama is so far in the north of the country.
