This turtle is missing parts of the shell and its right rear foot. The shell looks very old...any idea on the age of this turtle? Where most sliders here are yellow, this one is vibrantly red.
It's a painted turtle of some flavor (Chrysemys picta). If you add a location we can probably narrow it down further.
