Type of tree squirrel Grayish top area with a brown/ tan underside

Habitat:

Spotted at the Oakland Zoo running around General area is around some hills with many trees behind the zoo

Notes:

I am a student and I am doing a photography project of nearby wildlife for my final in AP Environmental Science. If anyone who sees these images can help me identify the exact species of these animals, that would be greatly appreciated.
