I saw one on the side of Cedarview just S. of W. Hunt Club on 18 or 19 August

By Ottawa river o.O some kids threw a rock and a clump of dirt then it turned itself back into the river >.<

Where in Ottawa did you find this one?? I haven't seen any this year.
