Description:

We watched this lioness stalking a young zebra, but she did not even try to catch him. The herd stallion was keeping watch and she already had a healing scar on her belly. And there was an enclave of about 20 game vans. She also appeared to be pregnant. The male showed himself very briefly

I moved the last pic to the first picture spot. She was only a few feet away. What an experience!

Thanks! That was actually the first one I uploaded. Not sure why that happened. It was the most amazing 20 minutes or so to watch her trying to decide if she could catch that baby zebra. That photo was taken when she was eyeing us in the van and wondering if we were dinner
