Hey Gaurab, this is actually a drone fly! They have evolved to look like bees, but you can still tell they are flies from their huge eyes and the way they hold their wings. Wouldn't be able to ID it for you as I only know a few European species, but have a look for Indian drone flies! Great photo :)
