Habitat:

Very adaptable, frequenting rain forest, drier woodlands, wooded ravines, shady second growth, hedgerows, shady gardens, semi-open and coffee plantations.

Notes:

This bird and his family live in our garden for many year they have their nestling in ground tunnels on the low part of the garden where they feel at home.
