oh and mongoose can eat fish but it does steal eggs from birds that may nest closer to ground so yeah
nah mr lachance it seems too small
i still say mongoose
Could also be a cat.
Blurry photo, suggests rapid movement. Car suggests small size. Location could suggest an immature fisher. Body shape fits, but location is odd. Fishers are arboreal.
