Description:

It is a medium-sized bird of the turdid family, measuring around 25 cm in length and between 34 and 39 cm in wingspan. It is very common and easy to recognize by its plumage: dark in males, from which only the yellow of the bill and the eye ring is different, especially in summer; while the females are more brownish and the bill is darker. The young are similar to the females, only they have light spots on the back.

Habitat:

Urban gardens of Valencia.
