I think it's Impatiens grandulifera...

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's that species. It's leaves are missing the sharply serrated edges of your spot and the flower shape is a bit different.

How about Impatiens balsamenia? https://www.google.es/search?q=Impatiens...

I'd say this is a species of Impatiens.
