Dysdercus sp.
Colorful insect resting on the grass upside down, refusing to show me its back. It has a nice red- black design on its back.
Spotted in a desert bushy area. Normally found in tropical country side.
Bright red white stripes. around 1 cm in size.
Pyrrhocoridae, Dysdercus sp., might be Dysdercus cingulatus or Dysdercus koenigii, the most common pest bugs of this family, but there might be others around. Do you have any other picture of it?
