That's a stonecrop, genus Sedum. They can be a little tricky to identify, but in your area it might be Sedum stenopetalum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedum_steno...) or Sedum oreganum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedum_orega...), or it could be an introduced species (but I bet it's a native).
