Description:

A carnivorous plant found in bogs and places with low soil nutrients. Its leaves are modified and have red hairs that secrete a sticky substance to capture prey.

Habitat:

Fen

Notes:

Sundew feeds on insects that are captured in the sticky secretions on its leaves. Found at Cedar Bog State Nature Preserve.
